The development of Bellingham’s newest off-campus housing minutes from Western Washington University is well underway with a scheduled opening in fall 2021! Our student-focused community is designed by award-winning architect, Mithun; serves as the first building in Bellingham to be Fitwel Certified; and has a LEED Silver Certification.

Here’s an update about our construction progress concerning projects that have been completed for Buildings A and B:
